Stalls
For rider comfort and operating efficiencies, the stalls are attached to one side of the indoor arena. We feature twelve stalls ranging from 10’ x 12’ through 12’ x 14’. Our open and airy stall design and components are from AG-CO stalls. Each stall has a window and is equipped with a fold-down front gate and side grille to encourage socialization with other horses.

For the health and well-being of our horses as well as horses under our care, each stall is outfitted with a premier “SoftStall” mattress system. The SoftStall system will provide your horse with a dry and comfortable living area, while offering relief for their tendons and joints (we encourage you to visit their website).
Turnout
We currently have ten ample sized paddocks situated on over 4 acres of land and provide individual turnout. Additional paddocks are being added to the farm over the next three months, ensuring that all horses can enjoy turnout on a daily basis.
Arenas
There are two 80’ x 200’ arenas – one outdoor sand and an indoor with custom blended footing from Footing First, Inc. – the same company that supplies the footing for the Syracuse Invitational. The indoor arena also includes an enclosed/heated viewing area with restroom.
  Miscellaneous
Located in the mid-section of the stall area, we feature a wash bay (hot/cold), 10’ x 12’ tack stall, and heated tack room with hot/cold water. Attached to the west side of the arena, a substantial, heated viewing area and restroom are provided for your comfort.
